Why Resonate?

The Resonate is the home for my ideas, thoughts and works. A new home that I am moving into, being full of appreciation of my journey including my early Agile Software Management blog, Agile Juice consultancy, creating Poznan Agile User Group community and others. All of these were truly fulfilling and contributed to who I am today. Resonate is the new vehicle for addressing my need to express myself. To act and share honestly, directly, holistically and independently while taking full responsibility. My approach and thoughts may be novel or dumb, great or incorrect, but originating from the inner locus, always respecting others, and aiming to make the world a better place.

The Resonate arose from hunger of resonating, from an unmet need to focus on what resonates within (Principle 1). Not on what brings money, not on what clients want, not what others want. Hence I focus on what currently resonates within my mind, heart and spirit. I mean - I focus on what resonates exclusively. My promise to myself and to yourself - I am sharing, not selling. Hence I will not use the salesman voice of 100% confidence and will not talk from a position of super high ego about the only valid solution - I recognize such approach as not rooted in reality, destroying potential for open communication, and thus harmful. For me human interaction starts with an invitation to a dialog. Please feel invited.

The Resonate is also a home for other Resonateers (Principle 2). I envisage Resonate as a community of resonateers (I know there is no such word; well, until now) who share similar mindset and understanding of the surrounding world. Just imagine the power of a resonating community! Communities grow based on the opportunity to contribute, so feel invited. I mean as long as the Purpose resonates within you.
